My neighbors were weird. No one would say
hi to you, even if you said hi first. The
landlord refused to replace our dishwasher, even though it leaked all over our kitchen floor. The hallways in the Summer were about 100 degrees and in the winter they were freezing. The elevators broke down all the time. I once got stuck in one with a bunch of fresh groceries. There's a towing company that will tow your guests cars even if there is an overnight pass displayed, and they will charge them $150. The landlord is extremely stingy with overnight parking passes so don't plan on having too many guests. My electric bill was $345 one time because the air conditioner needed to be serviced and wasn't.
