Too expensive and VERY poorly maintained

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Constant water leaks. Appliances have not been replaced in at least 15-20 years. Electric stove, heat and air conditioning result in electric bills of $150 a month,in addition to expensive rents.
New management just took over and is raising rents $100-$150 a month every renewal (the rumor is that the building is going condo).
