LOSER BUILDING!!!!!!!!
DRUD ADDICTED JANIOTR AND HIS DRUNK SIDEKICK.
SNOW GETS PLOWED THE DAY AFTER THE STORM, SO DONT BOTHER GOING TO WORK OR EVEN THRYING TO LEAVE THE BUILDING.
JANITOR IS A BULLY WHO PARKS IN THE DRIVEWAY AND HAS A DRUNK TENANT SHOVEL HIM OUT!!

Absolutely correct -- despite the bad spelling. The long driveway, parking lot and uphill exit to main road are ALWAYS awful. No salt and, as stated, plowed hours after the storms. Janitor and posse can't even shovel the walks in the mornings for people who have REAL jobs. If you fall in the parking lot, SUE!
