Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
It's absolutely a over-price/low-quality place. Old dark building, noisy (literally by the highway), no fitness room nor pool nor even a clean leasing center. Bad maintenance, no staff available for help. No any features. Inconsiderable neighbors. The whole community has become a heaven for people from India.
