Before moving to Illinois from Montana we were fortunate enough to run across TJ Adam Properties online. Because of the trust Kelly(the manager) instilled in us, we took a leap of faith and rented the apartment only seeing the apt online which turned out being a great choice. After 2 years with Eagles we moved a little northwest to another TJ Adam property(Lake Louise) in Palatine where we absolutely love it. Nice large courtyard in the center and the pool is so well located. Plus the bike path takes you right to Deer Grove Forest Preserve. The complex allows personal touches within reason to the area (for example our rose bushes) and both properties have allowed us to move in with two 10lbs Minirue Pinchers plus a cat! For an extra fee of course. It's hard to find a place that accepts both dogs and cats. My partner and I have never felt so much at home in an apartment complex before. Nice, respectful, management and staff. And the tenants are great! In regards to the hindu village comment, yes there are some ------- here, but there is nothing wrong with friendly, respectful, and well educated professionals that are family oriented and not the 'nosy neighbors'. Certainly no problem here with our alternative lifestyle. One drawback is from the lack of maintenance with landscaping which they are trying to work on and the laundry facilities are on the second floor only and not card operated, that would help alot.
