DO NOT RENT HERE

This is the WORST apartment complex that I have ever lived in. They never plow after it snows and there is always about an inch of ice under that snow. Since there are about 20 cars that NEVER move (and you can definately see that when they are covered in snow), there are never any parking spaces. There are also no lights in the parking lot, only by the back door (which should be the front door). At night, guests have to walk around the building - in the dark - inorder to get to the doorbell. It took us a week to paint and clean the apartment before we could ever move in. Luckily, the only bugs we had were some ants (on the 3rd floor) until I put ant traps everywhere. The dumpsters were always overflowing and people were always looking thru the garbage and taking things that people got rid of. Some people would actually rip open garbage bags to see what was inside them (I could see this from my window). The police were there just about every other day. The washer & dryer were crap. It would take 2 to 3 times to get your clothes dry in the dryer (at $1.25 per load). It was cheaper to go to the laundry mat. The hallways were never cleaned and the paint was coming off of the walls. You could also hear animals running around in the attic, scratching on the other side of the ceiling. Also, the landlord would want to come in the apartment whenever he wanted. I'm actually suprised that we were never robbed when we lived there. That place is a complete whole and should be avoided at all costs. Yeah, the rent is cheap, but it is not worth it at all. Run far away and do not look back.
