Terrible experience

I have lived in these apts for the past 5 yrs and I can honestly say that you should NOT move here. I have had nothing but problems, and this last year has been the worst so I will NOT renew! I have had bees and wasps in my apartment regularly, slummy looking neighbors,alot of crime---including a peeping tom looking into my apt and I had to go to court and openly testify against this peeping tom. There are alot of young kids that hang around the area, making it feel very unsafe. The staff is completely rude---all the way on up to the President of the property management company! The rent is outrageously high---and from the looks of the scummy neighbors they must be having some section 8 living because I know the neighbors could not afford over $1000 for a 600 sq foot loft!YOu need to pay heat and water too! Pick another place---or you will be sorry!
