Was good. Now too pricey

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
 
I have lived in this apartment for 5 years. No problem. I would have easily lived for another year. But suddenly, the management decided to hike the rent. In addition, you have to pay for all utilities. Previously, the rent included gas, water, trash. Now you have to pay for them. So, it has become too expensive. I can find a luxury apartment at this cost.
