Tenants and office staff are rude, inconsiderate and on average not caring about anyone. Parking gets worse every day...there are cars here that never move...bugs are rampant...cleanliness is a big problem in the building I was in first...rapid turnover in staff in two years I have been here...rent increases high and now have to pay for all utilities including water, heat, garbage and sewer...not worth the money anymore. Will not renew.
