The apartments weren't too bad while I stayed there. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with fireplace.
Didn't have any problem with noise, since my apartment didn't face 53. Neighbors were quiet in general.
The parking lot did flood twice in the year I was there.
Parking was ok. If you arived later in the evening you had to park in the visitors parking.
They exercise room was open most of the time, and the pool was ok.
The balcony's had a bit of work needed to them. Mold growing all over them, and broken wooden slats. If we had children I wouldn't have wanted them out there.
