I lived in Runaway bay for a brief period until the building I lived in burned down in January of 2000. Prior the fire, all i can say is that the smell of curry was constant and the central air conditioning was terrible. I will say that the management was very responsive to those of us who lost our homes in the fire. I would not move back simply because they do not allow you to see the apartment you are going to rent until you sign your lease. Had I been able to see it, I would have smelled the curry and said "NO WAY"
