A very nice place to live in.

Apartments are large, larger than any in any surrounding areas.

Has corporate discount, so many of the residents are employee of big corporations.

Maintenance is prompt if you ask them nicely. I saw few complaints in other reviews, but who in the world will give you good service if you resort to shouting at each and every small mainenance request.

Children play area is inside (away from traffic).

You can judge the apartment by the types of cars you see in the parking lot in the evening. Go around this apartment and you will find all good cars parked. Go to a cheapo and/or problematic apt and you will find all old/broken cars parked.

Management hold yearly easter egg hunt, pool party, halloween, christmas parties.

Enough parking for everyone. But it is not alloted parking, hence if you come late in the night you may have to park 7-8 lots away. I have seen people complaining about parking in other reviews. Well go around the apartment in evening or the time you will return from office and see for yourself.

Visitor parking is not marked very well and unauthorized car are towed. Some people have complained about this. I think it is a positive for residents. If you have visitor, you can guide him where to park. Since unauthorized car are towed, you do not have to worry about unauthorized parking. Parking restriction are only in night time.
