Well I just moved in and so far the apartment is VERY spacious, bigger than any Ive seen so far. We got a really good deal on the rent so its not too expensive. Air Conditioner works great and cools really fast. Me, my husband, and my sister ALWAYS find parking whatever time we come home. I dont hear any noise from upstairs or outside. I havent really had to deal with maintenace manager a lot. I had a leaking sink in my closet and called and withing half an hour it was fixed so they did fix my problem promptly. So far this community looks very nicely maintained and very safe. I see people taking walks very late at night. Only thing is that i have noticed that mostly Indian people live here, but hey as long as they dont cause any problems with noise or garbage (which I havent seen) its ok with me!!!
