Parking is a problem. Two cars are allowed, but you may have a hard time finding a place to put them. As someone else said the visitor parking is poorly marked. It is often taken up by residents, and cars without stickers get towed away pretty quickly. Lot occasionally floods (once or twice a year).

In parts of the complex there is a lot of noise pretty late into the night, some from activity on the playground, some from neighboring apartment complex. Ball playing is forbidden, but not enforced.

Maintenance varies, but they're usually reasonably prompt in responding to complaints. They've had a lot of turnover in staff. Units advertised as having "new appliances" don't necessary have them. They may merely have the newer cabinet coverings. Central heat and air in apartments works well. A/C in town houses vary from one to the next. Some are quite old. Window A/C units in smaller apt buildings not so good. Patio doors have chronic problems in many units. Not enough laundry machines in apartment buildings. Token mechanism often jams. Machines in townhouses are very small, and dryers in particular don't work very well. Office hours are short: 10-5, M-F a couple hours on Saturday

Weight room is closed until further notice. Every time I've wanted to use it, it has been closed until further notice, though I have it on good authority that that is not always the case.

On the good side: they have some of the largest units in the area. One of few complexes in the area with 3 bedrooms. Nice playgrounds and safe play area insulated from outside traffic. Decent swimming pool. One newly renovated building on property (renovations still in progress as of 9/02) which should have new everything. Furnace fire which gutted the building two years ago increased fire safety measures and decreased probability of it happening again in other buildings.

The management organizes events like yearly pool party, Halloween party, Christmas party, Easter egg hunt.
