Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
When i was at chicago i stayed at runaway bay apartments in palatine in a house owned by XXXX
and her manager was XXXX....
we gave them a security deposit amount and inspite of giving them one month notice(which was agreed between two of us) they did not return our security deposit amount..
we were very true to them for 1 year giving them the rent regularly and were very good tenants....
At last they did injustice to us by not returning the security deposit and stating the reason that they did not get a next tenant after us...
but this is not our job and we are least bothered about their next tenants and they wanted us to find the next tenant for them....and we are not responsible for their dull business.....
when we told them this is not our job and they cut the call and now not even answering our calls....these are having our hard earned money with them...
I wanted others to be aware of such owners and be alert not to deal with such owners......
They CHEATED US!!!!!!! this is really bad in this economy.....
