I've lived there for 3 years (now on 4th year). No one has bothered me. The problems that I have had with my apartment have been handled satifactorily. The only complaint that I really had was that you needed a certified check to pay your security deposit/first month's rent, even after they had done a credit check. Rent usually only goes up $10/mo. each year. This year it was $20, I'm thinking it was mostly due to the increase in natural gas prices. Still beats $200/mo. heating bills in the winter months :-) Concrete floors and only 1 shared wall (some apts. have 2 shared walls) make the place quiet. Utilities are included. The storage space is good, with nice closets and a storage locker downstairs near the laundry room. Some comments about particular apartment locations: the top floor gets extremely hot in the summer, for the roof shingles extend down the outside of the wall. If you face west, like I do, no amount of air conditioning will help. The place is a bit drafty in the winter as well.
