Well, I live here now and I have been since May 31st 2003. Even though I'm looking for a new apt. at the moment, doesn't mean I don't like it. The only real problem we have is that the summers are SO HOT! I live on the 3rd floor, and since he black shingles are basically my walls, thats why its so hot. We had lots of trouble trying to get the manegment to get us a new A/C but they wouldn't. The maintenece is really nice tho, and they try teir hardest to do what they can for you. We might even just move to another apartment in the complex, maybe on another side, NOT THE WEST SIDE! Also, the walls are kinda thin in some places, I live on an end unit so there are (very loud people) living on one wall of us. They are just abnormally loud, I think if it was NORMAL family it wouldn't b bad at all. But overall I lvoe it here, the new remodelled apt.s are so pretty!
