I had a similar problem a few months back with the management. My grandmother fell ill and needed full-time in-home care. She could not afford a nurse. I asked management if they could cut me a break if I found someone to sub-let my appartment so I could move in with my grandmother to help her out with her illness. They said NO. According to their "Corporate rules", no one was allowed to even move in or out of the builing between October and March. It seemed a little unusaual to me when I saw plenty of people moving at these times of the year, even when according to "corporate", no one was allowed to do so. In short, they showed me nor my grandmother any compassion. I would not reccommend this place to anyone.
