The apartments are not quite insulated to "fair" standards yet. When the wind blows, I hear it howl through my whole apartment. After turning my thermostat up to 90F today, and having the temp barely touch 60F, I realized how drafty the apt is. Current temp outside is 4F (real feel -15F). Maintenance was helpful though and brought over a portable heater and insulation for wall A/C's. I'm not the only one with the problem apparently. Hopefully, it will get renovated soon but something to think about if you have special needs (pets, children, elderly, etc.)
