After moving in about 5 months ago, I agree with all the other comments made as far as poor heat, water shut off/cold water and noise which is hard enough to live comfortably. Now that seems to be the least of our problems. As of recently my car window was bashed in and i had a navigation system and an ipod stolen another car got broken into the same time. I was unaware I was just one of the many break-ins that happened in the last few months. The management didn't bother letting us know what was going on. This is a preventable situation and when i had asked them to send out notices to our neighbors they where reluctant and we still have not had an answer. This serious problem has cost me a lot of money in window replacement and stolen items. To report additional problems, we had numerous neighbors tell us they where relocated because of ongoing bug problems. I guess we got lucky with that but spring is right around the corner. Also be prepared of the overflowing dumpsters in the middle of the parking lot (they don't use the dumpster stalls, and no recycling) I can't wait to get out of this lease!!
