This place is horrible! I advise everyone not to rent at this dump. I pay an outrageous amount to live here. Your rent always goes up it s never a stable price. When we first moved in they claimed it to be cable ready which was false I had to wait a month to get Comcast out here to get cable I didn t even bother getting a phone because there s no PHONE JACKS!!! All the nice tenants are gone and now there s garbage. There was incident where a man had stabbed his kid and hit his wife but he was allowed to continue staying here because he pays his rent. My carpet by my doors always gets soaked from the rain because there's no proper seal on the doors. There are numerous dog attacks and the office notifies no one about. 2 weeks after I moved in my apartment was attempted robbery and they blamed it on AT&T which is a bunch of bull ----. They still haven t fixed my door that s broken from the burglar. My toilet leaks which they still have failed to fix where it came to the point where I had to buy the tools to fix it because the maintenance men are incompetent and just look at it and wipe around the toilet and leave. The concrete underneath my carpet is dissolving and now I have huge holes underneath it and some parts are becoming very sharp. I m constantly killing bugs and now I have mold growing on my walls from the constant water when it rains but we get worms in our apartment as well. The contractors that are working are pigs and don t clean after themselves and my dog is constantly picking up saws and which is unsafe. Our neighbor is a huge ------- always has his patio door open where his dog is constantly getting loose and charging other dogs and plays loud obnoxious music that shakes everything in my apartment. I complained once about a tenant above us and the next day I have them yelling at me and how dare I complain about them. So I ve never complained about noise because they give out your information so I as well had to buy ear plugs because the walls are paper thin. The management claims it to be a safe drug free environment when there are kids smoking up outside and starting trouble. I have heard from other residents that changed apartments due to their old apartment being roach infested. When you ask for things from the management they get testy and bitchy and not willing to do anything. The parking is not as bad as it was when I first moved in but not its empty because everyone is leaving. There are no lights in the back of the apartment grounds so if you walk your dog it's very shady and makes me really nervous being a girl. Next time I rent somewhere I'm going to have a long long list of questions and really look at the apartment and community before i sign anything.
DON T RENT HERE!!! YOU WILL REALLY REGRET IT!!!!

Don't listen to these people; they're in my building and getting evicted. They're just pissed 'cause they're trash and can't afford to live where decent people live. If you really want to see how it is here drive around the property after 5pm when people are off work and ask the residents. I walk my dog every night in the courtyard these yokels are speaking of and there are never any issues. Also call the police department regarding this community; they are full of praise. Luckily these people are out soon and they are the only trash living here.
