I JUST HAVE TO ADD ; DUE TO OFFICE STAFF BEING VERY PATIENT WITH MY BEST FRIENDS RECENT HOUSING MISFORTUNE, WE ARE EXCITED THAT THIS PLACE IS ACUALLY NICER THAN HIS PREVIOUS HOME OR ANY APARTMENT WITHIN HIS BUDJET. DIDNT KNOW ABOUT PREVIOUS PROBLEMS ,BUT AFTER
TALKING TO NEW NEIGHBORS DURING MY PET WALKING THEY TOLD ME ABOUT ALL OF THE NEW IMPROVEMENTS UNDER THE NEW PROPERTY MANAGER ,ALL ARE VERY EXCITED ABOUT THE NEW ENVIROMENT WE WILL BE LIVING IN

sadly the district manager wont return your calls. laramer is a horrible place to get in touch with. any complaints you leave will be un-returned.

great... people with "budget problems" are now moving in. in addition to my deadbolt not working, no wonder crime has gone up!

Do you people have anything better to do with your time?If you're not happy then get out of your lease and move. If there were serious issues, don't you think that they would have been shut down? You must have extremely high expectations...

To the last comment...have you ever had to pay two grand to break a lease? Would you want to give that much money to a -------- just so you can leave? People leave comments so that others won't make the same mistakes. And yes, I moved there with "high expectations"..they advertised as a luxury high-end apartment community...if you lived there and had your entire apartment flooded (like I did) or woke up to jack hammering a floor below you at 7:00am on a Saturday (like I did) or had to jump hurdles of dog crap everywhere you went..and had to pay a couple thousand to live there...then...yeah, I'm stuck up. And you're not using your time anymore wisely...I see you left a comment.
