The staff is very nice and cooperative but the maintenance team doesn't come right away. They turn off your water without notice. The dog park sucks! Its just a dirt park. The club house is pretty nice but the close too early for anyone to enjoy it (during the week & on weekends too)! I lived here for 6 mths and was SOOOO happy to leave. The type of snow storms we've had this year. You had to park on mounds of snow or there wasn't anywhere to park. They would send their snow plower guys during the middle of the night and the noise of the plowing would wake the whole block. They barely cleaned the front steps. So you had to climb out your apartment and to your car as well. They expect rent on time, well we expect the services on time as well!! I am sooo glad I am gone and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! Oh and the positive comments on this site, I suspect are their own employees. Hahaha!! Too funny!

just for your information, i dont live here just browsing comments prior to, but i push snow winters and the best time to plow is night. theres significantly less traffic. plus if cars dont move after the snow falls you cant clean their spot.
