1. Management is a pack of morons. Each and every one of them.

2. Quality of the apartment is crap. All low-end appliances, fixtures, etc. When I first moved in, I was all, "Cool, everything's nice and new..."... Had to have the outlets fixed 2-3 times, because they went dead.

3. They have a third party company that bills out the heat and water. OFTEN found mistakes on my bills.

4. OVER-PRICED. Definitely not worth 1200 for a two-bedroom/1 bathroom. HA!

5. When they re-did the parking lot, they towed people's cars without telling them. They seldomly gave out notices in a timely manner. When they re-did the laundry room, they installed more expensive washers and dryers that required a $5 card that you have to re-juice at the club house. Total bull.

6. The walls are paper thin. The people upstairs were super noisy, running around all day and night... the people next-door were super annoying with their 2 dogs barking non-stop. No one cleaned up after their dogs, either.

7. The parking lot is poorly designed. You can't park in certain spots because of the light poles they installed right behind these spots. It's ridiculous. They don't plow at all either. I had to skip a day of work because it snowed in the morning, and my car was stuck in the almost foot and a half of snow.

8. Water pressure blew. My other next door neighbors had cockroaches..... twice.

All-in-all, a horrible experience. The location was excellent though :)

This post bothers me.... 1. Anyone who posts something and has to be imature about it...hopefully ppl dont take it seriously. 2. Who cares if an outlet needed to be fixed 2-3 times, point is it got fixed. It is not a brand new complex. 3. OK...this is annoying 4. Did you not know the price when you moved in? 5. Didnt live here then so cant comment...but i get notices from the office. 6. Dude...sounds like its time to buy a house? Have you ever lived in a apartment before? you are not downtown chicago with concrete walls and floors. 7. How much you wanna bet the roads were not cleared yet either. That is what you get in IL 8. You blow...and cockroaches?? Seriously...every complex is gonna have some sort of bugs. Some ppl are gross and dirty and bring em with em. If anyone reads this, seriously...It is not a bad place to live as far as living in an apartment!
