The model apartments look GREAT but wait till you move in. The entire building is uneven. There were actual "hills" in my apartment. Everything was uneven. Cheap appliances. Jobs are done half-assed. Bathroom sink flooded. Maintenance person was pissed when I called him at 6am and insisted he would come in after 9am when I told him he cannot enter my apartment if I wasn't here. Sliding glass door BROKEN and anyone could have broken in. I reported it 3 times...never was fixed.
Parking lot always dirty and had potholes. The neighbors across the way (in the single famliy homes) SUCK. They are loud with their lawn mowers at all hours of the day. Landscaping people only did work on Fridays between 4-7pm. ALWAYS loud. Walls so thin we could hear everything.
Office crew has NO IDEA what they are doing. First month after we moved in, we paid our rent 5 days early. Due date of rent we come home to find an eviction notice taped to our door so that EVERYONE could see what the letter was. Apparently the management said they accidentally threw out our check. We had to pay a stop payment fee to our bank and re-write them a new check. Following month we got charged a late fee because they didn't get our payment on time the prior month. We had to call office AGAIN to get it cleared up.
This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. I've only rented once before and it was in college. That apartment complex was 100 times better than this dump. Ghetto people mixed in with young professionals. UGH
