Good Price/Nice People

We just moved here in September and it's probably the best apartment complex we've lived in (our fifth in five years). We lived in a complex off of Rand two years ago and payed $1040/mo. for a two bedroom. Needless to say, we are paying less to live in a two bedroom and are happier about that.
The staff is extra friendly, and it is true that they do know you by name. The gates don't bother me, up or down, as I feel it's not really much of a deterrent regardless.
One of the coolest things about the place is the home office, which has a pool table, entertainment area, computer lab, raquetball court, full locker rooms and work out area. In the summer, the pool, sauna, tennis courts and volleyball courts will serve as nice perks as well.
PROS: Good landscaping, ample parking, lots of extras, friendly staff and great price.
CONS: Treadmills in the gym are broken too much.
