I have lived here about 2 years now. When I first moved in this was a nice place. Then the property manager of 5 years left and everything went to crap. Well most everything; the maint. staff is excellent if the people in the office actually take down your work order. The office staff is rude, they are making cuts in important areas like plowing the parking lot in the winter and they make up their own policies on the spot. I would not suggest renting here I'm afraid. There are better places down the road who will give you better rates.
