goods and bads
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 7/13/2003
Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
The goods:
*Nice pond in the middle of the grounds
*Plenty of physical activity equipment
*Grounds are quiet for the most part, depending on whether or not you have a party animal down the hall or a kid with a car stereo that actually cost more than the vehicle itself (who plays awful rap music).
*Swimming pool is very nice. Lots of sidewalks to jog on.
*Near forest preserve and surrounded by expensive townhome residences
*There is one young, attractive brunette staffer who is supper friendly and helpful and always goes out of the way to say hello.
*Rent is cheap when compared to surrounding apts.
*Two balconies usually.
Bads:
*Some staffers are very indifferent to your existance and never follow through on inquiries.
*Parking is sometimes lacking
*When it rains, Ohare seems to redirect flight patterns to fly directly overhead the complex.
*Lawn maintenance is done at 7 a.m. and is loud.
