I hate these apartments! We had two mutant wasp nests in the corners of our balconies that we have repeatly asked to be fixed and have tried ourselves with no results. Im on a third floor apt and one day my brother and I noticed cracks between the ceilings and the walls, within a week it had turned into an inch and a half gap where it looked as thought the unit was falling down. If anyone walks in the apt ANYWHERE your unit shakes. I was never told that I couldnt have animals and then was told my particular apartment couldnt have animals so my deposit was taken. People were screaming at 3 am almost every weekend because of keggers across the way in another unit, they were evicted after like 30 people complained. Extemely unsafe, I've seen someone climb the balconies from the ground to the third floor balcony! Gates never work, no buzzers so you pretty much have a dead bolt and good luck. Not to mention the systems in all of the peoples cars that are enough to wake you up at 4 am. Our dishwasher broke 6 times before we just stopped using it. Like 50% of the time the lights are out in your apt so you have to walk up the stairs and get to your door in the dark. There are no parking spots, if you pay for one its taken and tow trucks are not called as promised. The parking lot is so small that even if you do find a spot it takes you an hour to get out of it. There were two abandoned creepy vans that were there the ENTIRE year I was and never got towed. Lastly .....EARWIGS, need I say more' This place sucks sooooo much I cant even emphasize.
