My husband and I moved in expecting a quiet, clean community. Many teenage parties are commonly a disturbance after midnight. The place seems unsafe because of that. Also, parking is a big issue. It is normal for us to park .2 of a mile away from our building. This is unsafe to walk in the poorly lit parking lot after dark. Also, our neighbors continually let their dogs out in the carpeted hallway to do their business. Severall complaints to the happy management staff will get the carpets cleaned, though. Our apartment is also consistently 91 degrees or more (we check the thermometers regularly!). Complaints to the management team on this issue didn't resolve.

This place is unkept, unsafe, and unworthy of our money. We are very much looking forward to leaving as soon as our lease is up!
