I currently have a lease here and I like what I've seen so far. I used to live in a one bedroom, and I wouldn't suggest renting a one bedroom. You only have one air conditioner. The place would be perfect if it was central air. I currently rent a 3 bedroom and I love it! The apartment itself is huge, and tons of closet space. There is an air conditioner in the master bedroom as well as the live area. The maintenence staff is excellent. They usually come on the same day that I call in my request. The office staff is also great. Since I have moved in, the manager has changed, but the rest of the staff is there. When you come in talk to Eric or Christina. They are great! The only major problem I have is that people dont pick up their dogs waste. I usually end up going out once a week and picking up other peoples dog waste so I don't step in it when I'm walking my dog. This place is reasonably price for the area. I have great neighbors, the building I live in is very quiet. I never hear the college students upstairs when they have people over. All in all, it is a nice quiet safe place to live.
