My husband and I lived in Village Park for over 3 years and only moved because we got a condo. Maintanance was awesome, and the office people were really nice and helpful. We had some loud neighbors who got better after telling the office. They even have an answering service that helped with the younger kids being too loud. But it was very pleasant the majority of the time. I think the price is good - especially since they pay for heat!! And we have friends that moved in and we got referral money too. Overall, a good place to live!
