When I first moved in I just kinda grabbed the one bedroom because I needed to make a decision fast. It seemed okay for the first year..so I renewed my lease. After that I started to regret doing so. A person moved into the apartment above me (one bedroom) who had his 3 children stay with him most days out of the week. They would be up running around that little apartment at 1, 2, 3 o'clock in the morning...sounded like bowling balls being dropped constantly on the floor up there, kept me up all night. I could hear EVERYTHING that went on up there. Really disgusting, disturbing things that you don't want to wake up to in the middle of the night. Complained to management that he was so noisy, plus he had 3 children living with him most of the time in the 1 bedroom (which is way too small by the way..like living in a box)....management seemed to make excuses for him and suggested that I KNOCK ON HIS DOOR AND TALK TO HIM! He finally moved out but now there are a bunch of what seems like frat boys who moved in the apartment across the parking lot..parties EVERY NIGHT!! screaming and running around the parking lot at up to 4:00am on a nightly basis..driving drunk into the grass, getting stuck in the snow. Want to do laundry' Good luck! People leave their clothes in both washers and dryers for DAYS!! Ants and spiders are a serious problem here! Their "fitness center" is a piece of crap, nothing ever works! Racquetball court is always filthy! Neighbors are weird and disgusting..cat piss in the hallway..Mcdonald's wrappers, trash, etc. Pitbulls running around without leashes...managements response...."they are gentle dogs" OHHH and the scariest..one day on my day off..slept in til about 10am..there was a knock on the door..before I could actually get outta bed and reach the door..a man is standing in my living room..doing a "maintanence check" I am a female...what if I was in the shower or on the toilet'' Scared the crap outta me. No notice was put up ANYWHERE! Complained to mgmt..their response..they are allowed to go into your apartment when they need to. NOTHING was ever posted. I asked the girl across the hall if she had seen anything posted...NOPE! NOTHING! My girlfriend has a day off...again about 10am...a man proceeds to come into our apt. he has a box, was told to make this delivery and put it inside the apt....HE HAD THE WRONG BUILDING!! The so called security gate has never worked since I've lived here. I do not feel safe here!! My lease is up in 5 months...I'm counting the days!!

P.S.- what they say about the goose crap is 100% true!! watch where you step!
