i have never had a problem with the maintanence staff entering my apartment without notice, in my opinion this place has one of the best maintanence staffs ive ever seen. I do agree with the last author about the college kids. i even transfered apartments because of them, but it hasnt made it any better. i have witnesses them running, loitering, and being just plain rude to everyone. i have called the police, but they leave before they come. just wait until it get warm outside, that is when the ghetto in them comes out. as for their dog policy, i have seen 4 different dogs running around without a leash on, one of them a pitbull mix. i know the owner and the dog and the dog is a very friendly dog, but it can be unnerving when this big dog comes running up you. another lady has another pitbull mix and that dog is so strong that she cannot control him. that dog jumped onto my dog and had her pinned to the ground and that dog tried to bite me and i smacked it. with all that said i am not renewing my lease when it is up.
