I have been here for almost 3 years. The first year was ok except when my car got hit and run by a neighbor. I found his car with my paint on it but he promptly moved and the office claimed to have no info on him.
Then there was a downstairs neighbor who made rotten cabbage for food and stunk up the whole building and especially my apartment. To top that building off they moved a drugged out lady and her daughter with 11/2 year old kid above me. The kid would run laps in the bedroom every morning waking me up, and the lady would get high and drunk and walk into my apartment if my door wasnt locked because she could tell the difference between the 2nd and 3rd(top)floor.
After calling the cops on her a few times and her continuiong to come up and rattle my locked doorknob I talked management into letting me get out of that building. I searched the buildings to find a quiet non smelly one and they made me resign a year lease and raised the rent 60 for moving. Then they moved more horribly smelly neighbors below me, My apartment smells like burning hair 2 or 3 times a day for hours at a time and I cant even cover the smelll with air fresheners. I went into the office today to ask for the first carpet cleaning Ive had in 3 years of living here and was told that whey will do it if I renew my lease''' I am counting down the days till my lease is up and I cant recommend these apartments.
