I've lived here for almost a year, and while I will be moving out when my lease is up, I really enjoyed my stay.

The positives; The area is clean, safe, and family-oriented. They just renovated the clubhouse, and it looks great! They added locks to get into the buildings, and they're updating my cabinets next month. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

The negatives; My 1 bedroom apartment, while very nice and cute, is too small for what I'm paying. The maintenance people go into your apartment without prior notification.

Overall, nice place, but I want something more for my money.
