Unfortunately I have lived here for almost three years. Not by choice but financial reasons. Parking is horrible depending on which building you live in. We have to park maybe a mile or more around the pond and walk snow and shine all the way home. Where we have to jump or get muddy feet cause maintance can't fix the sidewalk. Now I've read the reviews on the dog issue and I do have a barker. Its not easy to shut a dog up, and boy do we try and feel horrible for the other tenants but there are worst things at this place then the dogs. A car had slid off of Quentin Rd and into my back yard about 2 months ago, we were nice and called the cops let him come in from the cold and called the main office to tell them the issue and have them clean up the glass from his broken window. Again to this day their are people and dogs getting glass in their feet. The price is way too high for what square footage you get, when you call to get something fixed it takes days. I moved into a new building and they were in my apartment everyday for two weeks fixing stuff. My dogs barked and they threatened to kick me out because of it. I was almost happy about it. I want to get out of this place its horrible. I had major bug problems, spiders and ants in everywhere and in my clothes. They called the exterminator who said "where are the bugs" sprayed a bit and went on his way. I'm still killing atleast 5 a day. ANd before winter it was 10-15, does that make sense' Its disgusting kids are peeing in the hallways during parties on the weekends. We had many attempts of people fighting outside our bedroom windows and threats to break in. Dont move here there has to be some other place better then this. Lighting is terrible also carry a flashlight to your building door. The washer and dryer's in this place are also horrible it takes 2 or more hours to dry a small load.
