A fantastic place to call home.

I have been living at this apartment complex for several months now and I have found it to be such a wonderful place to call home. I have never had any problems with my building or the people. I have had guests say with me and they are all shocked at how quiet it is. Having only four people per floor is a brilliant idea. My last place there were 16 apartments per floor in a third story building!
Around my building (844) I don't have a problem parking. Sure, you may not get the first spot right by the door, but walking the extra couple of feet never hurt anyone. This is a very pet friendly place and my dog loves the walking around the very attractive grounds.
My unit is very well maintained. I enjoy seeing people come every other Wednesday to clean the carpets and I see people every week picking up the grounds. I have found this place to be very clean, charming and a fantastic place to call home.
Pros:
Fitness Center
Sand Vollyball
Goregous grounds
Clean unit and building
Friendly and helpful staff
Ability to paint apartment walls (a rare thing to find)
Pet friendly
Close to shopping, parks, and bike trails
Cons:
Although I love using the fitness center, more machines would be good
The parking lot does get crowded at night (but there is always somewhere to park)
Counter tops need to be upgraded
(mine are an ugly white; but that's more of a personal pefeance thing)
No recycling!
