I moved in a little over a year ago. We had to resign a lease do to money rental inflation. There are many things i could say about the place. Primary problem is the grounds matainance, and owners with dogs that don't pick up their dogs fecal matter. It is really bad in the winter time. not to mention that there has been problems with bugs... whether spiders, ants, earwigs.. you name it they are there. they will send people to spray but they only come every 2 weeks. we have had a number of problems with the mantainance of the place, I have taken things in my own hands to fix items, our shower curtian rod came off and they didn't patch the wall they just screwed it back up so now the brown drywall is exposed and the rod swoops down causing us to trip on it in the shower.... Also I wish there was NO GEESE... you step in it all the time if you are in the grass or taking a walk around the lake on the sidewalk.... they need to be taken away.
Also with the parking lots you have so many pot-holes, and the lighting isn't that great, It is really dark especially with No Moon out or on cloudy days. We also have parts of sidewalks that are flooded and get all muddy so you can't leave your building without stepping in it or leaving through the other side which is inconvienant.
Also, we were freezing this winter, our patio doors were letting Wind through to the point of the blinds moving 3 feet from the door.... yeah we had to turn our oven on to keep warm. Also when we were looking for the appartment we specifically asked about the water and whether or not it gets and stays hot... they said yes... and to our suprise.. guess what happened it took 20 minutes to get warm water... we go through a lot of water JUST trying to get it warm...I could continue with this but i don't feel like getting into much more detail about the experience we have had at this appt community.
