We lived at these apts for quite a few years. The management used to be incredibly GREAT! They treated us like family. They were always considerate and caring, understanding, addressed maintenance issues right away. Since new management took over things have been terrible. The manager is extremely RUDE and will argue with you about maintenance issues instead of fixing the problem! Their leasing staff has dwindled - it's as if every nice person who works there doesn't last very long. The apartments are in constant need of repair - cracks in the walls and the ceilings. Instead of raising the rent this past year they added on utilities of garbage, water and heat. This added approx $85.00 more a month to our rent which had previously only gone up about $50.00 each year before. This was in addition to already paying ComEd for electricity. We are glad to be done with this place. The new management came along and made life miserable. Looks like Clover Ridge next door sounds much nicer.
