Nice place to live. Not much noise and there is plenty of parking. The grounds are lit up at night and I never had a problem with crime.

Utilities are expensive. You have to pay for everything. Maintenance is quick if something breaks.

There use to be a lot of geese on the property but not anymore, only ducks.

The size of the apartment is nice except the kitchen. All the kitchens are the same size and they are way too small!
