Horrible customer servive. Anything goes wrong they claim no liability and assume it is the renters responsibility. Completely unresponsive. Heat went out in the winter=3 days to fix. Cable went out due to a tree in the way=3 months to fix. Car broken into=no help, not even w/ the police. Noisy neighbor=continual through the year. Rude managers. Move out and don't clean=$150 fine. Gas bill per month in winter=almost $200. Not worth the money. They bleed you dry even after you move out. I wouldn't suggest anyone live here.
