Great when I was there. Perhaps it's changed

This review is late coming. I lived there around 2004. My apartment was great, 1 bedroom townhouse. The utilities breakdown was bad. I agree. Each building equally shares the cost of utilities. If you're frugal with your use of electricity, it doesn't matter if everyone else isn't. Management was very helpful and professional. Maybe it's because I always paid rent on time, and really had no reason to complain. I called once at 7 am because the fuse went out and the apartment was freezing. Someone arrived not even 30 minutes later apologizing for taking so long. I had a parking spot only yards away from my patio door, always able to park there. I never saw or fearred about crime. No obnoxious kids or neighbors. Never really heard or saw the neighbors. Based on all the negative reviews I feel like we must be talking about different places. I used to walk to the gas station and liquer/convenience store up at the corner. No problems. Unless things have drastically changed, It's a great place. I left only because apartment communities *always* raise the rent after a year. The nicest apartment I've ever lived in (and I've lived in many).
