DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT

I will never recommend this place to anyone. Here is why

-- Manager ---- is very rude. He is not helpful at all.

-- Utility bills are calculated on the basis of number of ppl living in the apartment and square footage of the apartment. You will never get to know how much heat you consumed.
Your utility bill will be sent by Williams reserve which will give you the amount charged. And no explanation as to how the figures are calculated.
And that utility Bill is their way of sucking on your pocket.

At the peak of Winter in Jan and Feb, my utility bill was around $57 each month.

In March I gave notice of vacation and thats when the utility bill increased to $77.

I asked the management for an explanation for this drastic increase in the bill even when the heat consumption reduced during the month of march and became almost zero in April. To which the manager ---- got furious and started yelling.

Worse thing is you get these bills 2 months later. So the March bill I got in May, when I had already moved out and they deducted the entire utility amount from my security deposit.

THEY MAY GIVE YOU MOVE IN BONUS OR OTHER CASH BACK INCENTIVE. BUT BELIEVE ME YOU WILL END UP PAYING MUCH MORE IN THE UTILITY BILLS FOR WHICH YOU WILL NEVER GET CORRECT ESTIMATE AND CALCULATIONS.

Okay, normally, I wouldn't get myself involved in this comment, but I have lived and worked at Williams Reserve, back in 2005-2007. I have loved, ----, and the whole staff there. Please, step aside and put yourself in the shoes of others. They have 320 apartments and 8 commercial store fronts. Unless you have worked in this business, your comments mean nothing. I got a utility bill every month just like you even being an employee and I never complained. You are right on the way that they configure it. You new how it was figured out when you signed your lease, so what is the problem? I still work in the industry but at a different place and although you cannot please everyone, we sure as hell try. Imagine 320 plus complaints, work orders, rents, etc. that is a lot to keep up and are you a mild tempered individual, because we all have our days. I would snap off on you to if you told me who you are! I would recommend Williams Reserve to anyone as a former employee and resident I think that they have a great community with wonderful workers and a excellent management company to back it up and take it from me, ----, is one of the most professional, yet fun people I have ever met. Spend a day in his shoes and then maybe you will kiss his feet instead.

Gr8... At least you agree that they make mistakes which make residents suffer. And you are trying to defend it by saying that there are so many residents and some residents are bound to suffer. I did not complain about getting a utility bill. I was getting it every month... big deal.. I complained about getting WRONG utility bill.. Which by the way I confirmed with the Velocity company that computes the bill. And not just that.. the manager of the property changed colors when I talked to him about this discrepancy. Without even listening to my argument he started talking rudely. No wonder you are part of that management. You may kiss management's feet. I dont care. I have left that place for Good. I did not have time and energy to fight for $50 - 70... So I just decided to inform others about what happened with me. So that they can make a better decision.

We live here too and agree with everything annu7uch says about this place. We will probably be moving at the end of this lease. At one point this past winter, there were two vacant apartments in our building. Our heating bill jumped to almost two hundred dollars - because of management??????s utility bill policy. Management should have paid the portion of the heating bill attributable to the vacant units rather than passing this cost on to the residents who stayed. Management has zero loyalty towards the residents who stay. In fact if do you choose to stay they will thank you with a big fat rent increase. Avoid this place.
