Williams Reserve formerly Prairie Brook
< | >
I have lived at Williams Reserve since 2002 when they were named Prairie Brook Apts. There are challenges with working with people on an everyday basis with different problems and different demands and I find that management (John) and everyone else works hard in meeting peoples request. Never have I had a real problem at Williams Reserve. The amenities are wonderful, the grounds are well kept, the maintenane staff is excellent. Never have I gone with no heat when my heat went out, yes the communities around Williams Reserve has riff raff and it legers over to ours with the stealing and peoples guess hitting the cars. That is out of their control and yes we do have to help by calling the police. I love that my children can go out and play, the clubhouse is beautiful and our tenant's appreciation week, the halloween parties, and all of the other events that is paid out of pocket by management for the tenants to enjoy. The teenagers are very respectful every day when I come home they all speak, if I have groceries they help and they look out for the younger children. This community is by far the best in Palatine and so is the management and their staff. When my grandmother speaks that it takes a community to raise a child this development speaks for all that. The best schools in the district and would not live anywhere else, except for when I purchase my home other then that I'm not going anywhere.

It looks like management requires new employees to write up a review of the property.
