There are some pro's and cons. Again, what apartment complex is perfect. One of the things my girlfriend and I like is the affordable rent for such a large apartment. We love our balcony, and the grounds are great looking. However, there are some scum bags that live here that I think should be kicked out. The parking is fine, the new look is great, lets just work on kicking a few people out for an even better look.. Other then that, just great!
