This place is the pits. 1. The apts are poorly designed, for example, the bedrooms have rounded corners which makes for difficulty in arranging furniture. A queen size bed barely fits. The furnace is in the living room, so when you are watching tv and the thing kicks on, you have to turn the volume up loud. There is no dining room to speak of. Meaning, you have no place to put a kitchen table except in the middle of the living room. The walls are paper thin. Noise is a problem. 2. The complex is located in a loud, seedy part of Palatine. There is only one exit to the main road. The complex has a nice view of a car dealership and a mini storage...wow! 3. The apts are infested with silverfish. 4. The utility bills are high, in part due to the shoddy construction and poor insulation. 5. The office staff frequently snoops around and enters apts unannounced.
I can't imagine anyone would be stupid enough to buy these pieces of crap as a residence. "A Fool and his money are soon parted".
