I have purchased a condo at the Wyndham Club after a friend of mine had recommended them to me. I payed only $84,900.00 for a one-bedroom condo. So far a am completely satisfied! My utility bills are very reasonable. And although Dundee Road is nearby you can not even here any traffic. The complex is completely secluded. The only traffic that drives near the complex are the people who live here. For all of you who keep renting and wasting your money, my mortgage payments, association fees, and taxes are less than $850.00. Stop gambling on the stock market and invest in real estate.
