This is the honest truth about Wyndham Court from a past three year resident.

Fact: The complex is located in a noisy and seedy part of Palatine. The complex is located behind a car wash, car dealership, and a public storage, and is only .5 miles from HWY 53. Views from the apartments are often of the back of a car lot. Across the road is unincorporated Palatine with a high crime rate. I had my license plates stolen off my parked car two nights before I moved out. There is only ONE entrance off of Dundee and in good weather the traffic from the car wash on the corner often backs up into the street causing a traffic hazard.

Fact: Buying a condo here is NOT a wise investment. The units are already in bad shape and were poorly designed. Windows are falling apart and appliances are old. Plus the real estate in the area is depreciating NOT increasing in value, so if you buy a unit for $90,000 today, good luck in getting your money back when you try to sell in the future. Do your homework on the reputation of schools in this area and official crime rates if you do not believe me!

Fact: The only reason that this property has converted to condos is because the owners realized the truth of what I have said above and want to make what money they can by selling these apartments as condos and running away.

Fact: I have no reason to misrepresent the truth here and my only desire is to prevent potential buyers of this place from making a grevious mistake.
