In response to previous entry I will try to educate on all of the positives at the Wyndham property. In regards to the noisy issues, I can not hear any traffic from my complex. The complex does only have one entry and one exit, however this is a major advantage for thru traffic. The only people that drive by live at the complex. The property views are either parking lots or beautiful courtyards. The only negative thing is that there are quite a few dog owners and sometimes some people are forgetting to clean up. I assume once the conversion is complete that the homeowners will take better care of the complex as opposed to the renters. I did research on the schools and neighborhood before I moved here and were impressed with the schools rankings, however the complex consists of mainly singles or young couples(not many children). On the North side of Dundee there is a complex that in past had some crime problems, but it has improved tremendously in past few years. Remember every down has a North and a South. I had looked at 23 different condominium complexes in past 2 years before I purchased here. I lived here for the past 6 months and have met quite a few nice people. In response to the previous entry it seems strange if that person was so unhappy that they would live here for 3 years. Maybe they are angry that they could not renew their lease because somebody bought their condo. HMMMM. As a future purchaser I highly recommend visiting the site for yourselves and be your own judge of the values. It is very difficult to enter a web site and be swayed by someone you do not even know. Even myself, of course I am going to say nice things about my community. Check it out for yourself, you will not be sorry. Hopefully, they have not increased the prices too much yet and still can get an excellent value. In unit laundry rooms and woodburning fireplaces you can't go wrong
